Expectations for Coil Raid Team

This list of expectations are for people who are tackling coil on Friday nights. We also casually raid (usually primals) on Tuesdays, which any FC member is welcome to attend. If you want to join the Friday team, talk to Rustle in game!
EXPECTATIONS:
1. There is no sign up for the raids because lol we weren't using the signup before anyways. No expectation to be at any (or even most) raids, just please tell Rustle or Arlo a few days ahead of time if you're not going to make it so we don't hold your spot. This is the system for "signing up" that we will use until we decide we don't like it anymore.
2. Raid Time is 7:00-9:00 pm Mountain Time each Friday.
3. Life happens. If you're going to be late, please let someone know (in game, text, message on website, smoke signals) if you're able, so we can hold your spot. If you're >15 minutes late, and we haven't heard from you, we will replace you and queue. No hard feelings.
4. Be prepared. This means at minimum watching a video or reading a text guide before raid time. If it's raid time, and you haven't made an effort to learn the fight, we will pug your spot. We will also have a strategy thread on the forum for each turn as we go through the coil. Reading this thread is encouraged, especially if you want to have a hand in planning our attack. This also means going to a reasonable ongoing effort to keep yourself reasonably well geared. No ilvl requirement will be enforced - unless it becomes a problem.
5. Keep an eye on the company board - Rustle will post each week what fight we are doing. Make sure you're studied up!
6. Loot will be distributed using the games need/greed/pass system. Don't need on everything, but don't be shy to roll on something you want. Dibs may be called informally on pieces for glamour or alt jobs, but we can't really enforce this, so...
7. Teamspeak3 - we have it, we're gonna use it. You don't have to talk, but you do have to listen. (NOTE: If there is a reason why you really really can't have TS, talk to Rustle about it before raid night. Do not just show up and say "I can't teamspeak lol")
8. Show up to raid with a good attitude. Be open to feedback, respect one another. We're here to have a good time, but we're also here to down coils.
