I would make the Guides and Expectations topics "Sticky" and the current week's Raid an "announcement".
The "Marl forums" level could probably be eliminated and move the current topics down to the forum level. This would allow for topics under each forum (such as Raid Night --> Topic for each night or Guides --> Topic for each guide). This might make it easier to navigate once we get to using the forum.
